How do you ship ice cream without it melting?

We pack our pints in insulated shipping containers with enough dry ice to keep your ice cream frozen solid for up to two days in transit. Please do not touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.

Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?

Yes! We always have a variety of chef-driven vegan flavors on our menu. These are made with house-made nut milks or coconut cream to ensure a rich, creamy texture.

Where can I find ingredient and allergen information?

Detailed ingredient lists and common allergens are listed on each product page. Please note that all our ice cream is processed in a facility that also handles nuts, wheat, soy, and dairy.

Can I track my shipment?

Once your order is packed and ready for the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your pints on their journey to your doorstep.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives melted or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer local pickup for online orders?

Online shipping orders are fulfilled from our central distribution center. For local pickup, please use our 'Local Delivery & Pickup' portal or visit one of our scoop shops directly.
