From their Tucson factory, Monsoon crafts confectionary marvels like Blue Corn Atole White Chocolate, which we drizzle into milk chocolate ice cream for a striking, cobalt-hued stracciatella. Chiltepin peppers infuse caramel and Monsoon chocolate ganache for a fruity, flavorful finish. Inspired by the southwest, specifically for the southwest, this is our Valentine’s tribute to Arizona.
