Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal ice cream, we cannot accept physical returns; however, we are committed to ensuring you love every scoop and will offer replacements or refunds for any order issues.
Return Process

Reach out to our customer experience team within 14 days of delivery if your order arrived damaged or melted.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Include your order number and clear photos of the shipping box and dry ice packaging to help us improve our shipping process.
- 3.Quality Assessment
Our team will review your claim to determine if a full refund or a complimentary replacement shipment is the best solution.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a new tracking number will be issued for replacements.
